Job Responsibilities
The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of proposal phases, including kickoff meetings, internal proposal team readiness assessments, annotated outline reviews, and color team reviews and production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the work of the Marketing Assistant and Marketing Coordinator(s) assigned to the proposal.
- Participating in interview strategies.
- Assisting in preparation of presentations for Owners and other marketing/award initiatives.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, with excellent writing, editing, and organization skills.
