Program Manager Job Description:
Program Managers are expected establish collaborative teams to drive the assessment and intervention process; conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments; design multi-element behavior plans to prevent problems, teach skills, manage consequences, and support caregivers; facilitate the consistent use of these strategies within natural environments and routines; collect data on behavior change and quality of life outcomes, as well as obtain interobserver agreement on these data; and make generalization and maintenance an integral focus of all interventions.

Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and support PBS Corp’s policies and procedures, providing necessary training for behavior assistants and communicating these expectations to parents, service providers, and funders as necessary.
- Communicate openly with Behavior Analysts and Regional Coordinator regarding: a) availability and limits for accepting clients, b) concerns affecting delivery of services, and c) other issues requiring attention.
- Collaborate with families and other service providers to enhance and integrate intervention (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs), communicating verbally and in writing and attending meetings as needed.
- Assist the Behavior Analyst in completing assessments and developing reports within designated timelines, following the PBS Corp protocol checklist and using the behavior plan template as designed.
- Upload notes and graphs with current data, and all other required client documentation on the online system.
- Assist the Behavior Analyst in developing quarterly or annual reports in accordance with requirements of the funder, ensuring administration of the quality of life assessment and caregiver surveys.
- Attend bimonthly meetings held by PBS Corp either in person or online. If unable to attend, communicate with the regional coordinator to get information and resources provide
Program Manager Qualifications:
- Be enrolled in or have completed a degree program with requirements to become a BCBA or BCaBA
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician Credential, or willingness to enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of job offer
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree OR near completion is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
- The provider is responsible for all training requirements outlined in the New Contractor Checklist (provided by PBS) and RBT training checklist by the designated times (Required trainings vary by state and is regulated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Proof of annual or required updated training shall be maintained on file for review
