Job Summary:
The Collaborative Approach to Syndemic Health in Atlanta (CASHA) is a 3-year demonstration project to facilitate patient linkage to care and capacity building for agency partners with a focus on addressing the HIV epidemic within marginalized communities.
- The CASHA Project Manager/Study Coordinator will:
- oversee the coordination of project activities, including data collection, participant assessments, and intake processes
- ensure timely and accurate reporting of study outcomes
- supervise the CASHA Project Navigators
- coordinate expedited linkages to care for study participants
- work closely with the Evaluator and ETAP to ensure that all data collection, storage protocols, and reporting requirements are followed.
- work closely with PIHC’s Campaign to End AIDS Director and designated community agencies’ leadership to align project activities with broader program objectives and community needs.
Requirements
Key qualifications:
• Strong understanding of HIV care, prevention, and public health research methodologies.
• Experience with data collection, study coordination, and reporting in public health settings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing teams and supporting staff development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including participants, community partners, and research staff.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related health sciences field. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, research coordination, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in HIV care or public health research.
Must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License and be willing to work flexible work hours as needed, including some evening and Saturday hours.
