Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for engagement with members and chapter leaders.
- Process new memberships and renewals, keeping records and payments updated. Guide new members through onboarding, helping them connect with their benefits.
- Assist chapter leaders with tracking members, handling administrative tasks, and planning events.
- Prepare reports and outreach efforts to boost engagement.
- Maintain organized and accurate membership, chapter, and sponsorship data. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Ensure sponsors receive all contracted benefits, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Act as the primary contact for sponsors, answering questions and coordinating fulfillment.
- Assist with event sponsorships and other business opportunities.
- Monitor sponsor engagement and compile reports on fulfillment.
- Support revenue growth efforts by assisting with agreements and outreach.
- Keep membership, chapter, and sponsorship records updated and well-organized.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for membership, chapter, and sponsorship-related events.
- Identify ways to improve processes for greater efficiency.
