Job Description: Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator supports the Content Director in execution of content across owned, paid, and organic channels across the Post Brothers portfolio. As a member of the creative team, this role will help execute content for a variety of projects with a specific focus on social media.
Reports to: Content Director
Wage Status: Exempt (Ineligible for overtime)

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Execute engaging email and social campaigns across the portfolio.
Draft and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
Assist in the development and execution of content for paid search, organic / paid social, video and display; with a specific focus on social media. Platforms include Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Linkedin.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
Able to pivot and excel when priorities change.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
Professional content development experience with a solid portfolio of work.
Exceptional writing and research skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing promotional emails with a focus in high-end retail, hospitality, real estate or other relevant experiential industries.
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
Experience working with content management systems and social platforms.
A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
Self-motivated, creative, confident and energetic personality.
Minimum of 5 years experience building branding/content for multiple business accounts
Minimum of 5 years experience with social media editing software or video editing software a plus
