JOB FUNCTION
The purpose of this position is to observe, learn, gather data and information, conduct analysis and fact-finding in order to bring forward ideas for improvement. This position will also provide support to the Customer Operations team to increase the capacity of the service and execution team.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES / DUTIES
The Customer Operations Intern may assist in a number of project and / or operations support roles in the Customer Operations department. Assignments may include work such as :
Specific project and operational roles will be identified 30- 60 days prior to the start of the internship, based on business needs and intern interests.
