Responsibilities:
Seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess financial leadership capability to influence strategy, planning and decision making to deliver optimal financial outcomes. Candidates must be able to effectively navigate and interact across multiple functions and thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
Major Job Activities/Duties:
- Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost management and improve profitability
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including production costs, inventory levels, and capital expenditures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, provide recommendations on areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the CPG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
