We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Volleyball Coach to lead and grow the volleyball program for grades 7-12. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented leader who can inspire and engage students, fostering year-round development and a strong sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop the volleyball program for grades 7-12.
- Focus on player development at all levels, with an emphasis on middle school.
- Cultivate a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for student-athletes.
- Foster year-round growth and excitement for the program.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to ensure continued success.
- Lead with integrity, passion, and a commitment to student-athlete development.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and coaching experience, preferably in volleyball.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- Team player with a commitment to fostering a positive program culture.
- Open to candidates who are dedicated to student-athlete development and growth.
- Teaching field is 6-12 math, science or ELA
