- direct, coordinate & motivate the team in delivering nourishing healthy cuisine
- integrate essential nutritional support with supervisory responsibilities
- maintain adherence to state and federal regulations, including the facility's internal policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- targeted training in food & beverage management / nutrition
- certification in dietary management
- possess outstanding communication abilities
- experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
