What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney- Health Care position at Post & Schell, P.C.?
· 3-5 years of experience in health care law with a corporate and regulatory background.
· Working knowledge of most of the following health care laws and concepts: Anti-Kickback Statute; Stark Law; HIPAA/HITECH; EMTALA; HCQIA/peer review; Medicare and Medicaid regulations; state licensing laws for health care facilities and health care professionals; corporate practice of medicine.
· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills; ability to describe complex issues in simple and clear language.
· Some litigation experience a plus.
· Must value and demonstrate responsiveness and exceptional client service.

Pay: $100,106.00 - $114,158.00 per year
