Post University seeks an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Regulatory Compliance & Financial Aid. This critical role will oversee all aspects of our institution's regulatory compliance and financial aid operations. The position reports to the Chief Regulatory Officer and General Counsel and is a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for all aspects of regulatory oversight governing for-profit education including Title IV of the Higher Education Act (HEA), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Clery Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), data protection laws, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other states’ privacy laws, and regulations applicable to the University’s athletics programs
- Oversee all aspects of the university's financial aid programs, including federal programs, state aid programs, where applicable, and institutional aid
- Ensure compliance with Title IV regulations and other applicable federal and state laws
- Develop a strong leader and mentorship program for all areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize student services and institutional effectiveness
- Stay current with changes in higher education regulations and implement necessary adjustments
- Serve as primary liaison with regulatory bodies
- Prepare for and lead the team in compliance audits and reviews by the US Department of Education.
- Oversee the disbursement process of Title IV and institutional funding
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives of the University with student success and student retention in mind
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education administration, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of Title IV regulations, the financial aid processes, and all aspects of regulatory requirements governing for-profit education
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of implementing effective compliance programs
- Experience with student information systems, financial aid management systems, and relevant software
- Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Salary : $128,900 - $173,000
