Position Overview : We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance and Accounting, this role will play a crucial part in driving financial planning and supporting strategic operations across the company. The ideal candidate is highly analytic, has experience working with venture backed startups, and is passionate about making an impact in the growing men's fertility and hormone management space.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and cash flow forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process
- Prepare monthly variance reports, analyzing discrepancies and providing actionable insights
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
