WHO YOU ARE
You’re a digital native with an obsessive understanding of social platforms, user behaviors, and content expectations. You don’t just create ads — you architect experiences that convert. You see data as a creative tool, guiding ideation and iteration. You live and breathe D2C ecommerce marketing, understanding how different audiences engage across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
You’re also a natural leader — someone who can mentor, inspire, and collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists to push creative boundaries. As Associate Creative Director, Social Advertising & Content Development, you’ll report directly to the Creative Director and work closely with the Strategy Director, Social & Content to develop scroll-stopping, revenue-generating creative.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Social-First Creative Strategy : Develop breakthrough ad concepts and content strategies tailored for D2C ecommerce brands across paid social and organic channels and focused on
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with our Strategy, Growth, and Creative teams to build high-performing creative rooted in performance insights.
Direct Content Development : Oversee ad creative, motion design, UGC campaigns, influencer-driven content, and video storytelling that aligns with brand and platform trends.
Optimize Based on Performance Data : Iterate and refine creative based on engagement, conversion rates, and ROAS to drive scalable results.
Stay Ahead of the Trends : Continuously track platform updates, content trends, audience behavior shifts, and emerging best practices to inform creative decisions.
Mentor and Guide : Provide constructive creative feedback, ensuring our work meets both high aesthetic standards and performance goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
5 years in a creative leadership role, ideally in a growth marketing, performance creative, or D2C ecommerce environment.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices for paid and organic performance.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting social ad creative, motion, video, UGC, and / or direct-response content.
Ability to interpret performance data and adjust creative strategies accordingly.
Experience collaborating with growth marketers, strategists, and performance analysts in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills — able to guide, inspire, and mentor creative teams while maintaining a culture of experimentation and iteration.
A natural storyteller who understands how to drive purchase behavior through social content.
Ideal candidates possess a good working knowledge of essential platforms and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
