Postler and Jaeckle Corp, a local well-established HVAC/Piping and Sheet Metal Contractor is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience desired.
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven person to join our ever-growing HVAC service team to specialize in customer service. The coordinator will interact directly with customers and service technicians, ensuring high standards of customer service and easing prompt and correct service.
Responsibilities
- Answer/enter incoming HVAC service calls.
- Assigning service work orders with field supervisors/technicians
- Calling to schedule planned work with customers.
- Aid in weekly payroll auditing.

Full time employment, with excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing and PTO. Starting Salary Range 40K-45K.
