Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environmentExceptional customer service skillsAssist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional mannerMultitasking - must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasksEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailOutstanding time management and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license required with reliable transportationProficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operation system, and other computer hardware and softwareAbility to work flexible hoursNotary Public certification may be requiredWHAT THE JOB ENTAILS :
Assisting customers with shipping and packaging services, scanning incoming packages.Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, through e-mail and by phoneLearns and operates Center equipment, machinery, and software at an expert levelAssists customers and staff with operation of in-store printing equipmentProcesses customer sales through the point-of-sale systemInteracts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staffSorts and deposits mail in private mailboxesCaptures, complete tasks, and organizes Virtual MailRespond to customer inquiries via phone, emailProvide accurate and helpful information about products and servicesFollow all company policies and proceduresCompensation : $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

PostNet centers (locations) are independently owned and operated. The posted positions are offered by individual franchisees who interview, hire, manage and pay the employees hired for positions in a specific local location (center) through their specific business.
Salary : $13 - $15
