Customer Service Rep (Work from Home)

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments.
• Utilize office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to document interactions and track customer issues.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Maintain phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic office operations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with computerized systems and CRM software is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
