In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You'll be the friendly face that greets visitors, manage office communications, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. What You'll Be Doing:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of programs and operations.
- Front Office Duties: Answer phones, check voicemail/text messages, and handle daily mail.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, staff, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Scheduling & Data Entry: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team's success by completing additional tasks as needed to support the overall office workflow.
What We're Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling programs.
- Experience in Administration: Previous experience handling front desk duties, answering phones, and scheduling is a plus!
- Calm Under Pressure: A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
- Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to support the team and provide excellent service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative or front office experience is preferred. Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder is a plus.
- Clearances: Required Childline, State Police (ePatch), and FBI fingerprinting clearances, along with a TB test.
