The Role
We’re seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing strategy. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external marketing efforts to grow our clinic presence, foster community engagement, and drive patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in coordination with business owner to enhance our community presence and increase referrals to clinic.
- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations to expand referral networks.
- Collaborate with internal team members (e.g., clinic staff) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns/workshops/seminars.
- Plan and manage events, workshops, seminars, and other community outreach efforts.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the face of our practice at community events, networking opportunities, and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Personality: Outgoing, personable, and comfortable being the “face” of the practice in the community.
- Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Leadership: Ability to take on marketing strategies from planning to execution.
