Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Duties:

- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and office space.
- Use Google Suite to create, edit, and share documents and presentations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

- - Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in calendar management and data entry.
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset.
- - Basic typing skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Strong clerical skills and ability to maintain a professional appearance.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word.

- Computer and technology skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.29 - $22.78 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

Ability to Relocate:

  • Long Beach, CA 90803: Relocate before starting work (Required)
