## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team -- 3 -5 days a week. The ideal candidate will be a friendly face to greet visitors, assist in managing schedules, writing leases, and handling various clerical tasks. Person will assist in many job tasks. Looking for creative individual who can work some Saturdays with our T Shirt Business at vendor events.
Individual will be able to manage social media updates , post, blogs.
*Canva Experience a plus
*PDF Filler not required but a plus
## Duties
- Greeting visitors, answering phone, customer service
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, proofreading, and maintaining files, records, and documents. Working vendor events with T Shirt company on weekends also helping out in shop.
-Organize and. maintain files and documents.
- Coordinate and manage appointments
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle office tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Building maintenance -- trash, vacuum, clean bathroom, water outside plants, etc.
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading and maintaining accuracy in documents
- Experience in clerical duties and file management, scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Marketing and social media
- Property management experience
This is a paid position, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Employment is as a subcontractor (you are responsible for your own taxes). Immediate opening -- can start as soon as next week (7/29).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
