As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
- Provide medication administration and wound care
- Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care to providers and patient families
Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
- Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
- Two years experience as an LPN (preferred) Because the safety and well-being of our patients and caregivers is so important, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.
