Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Contractor’s main point of contact for all project-related communications and performance oversight.
- Manage all aspects of project development and implementation, acting as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
- Lead projects from original concept through final implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide thorough tracking and analysis of progress and performance.
- Monitor and track project funding and burn rates to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
- Ensure project deliverables adhere to established quality standards and conduct thorough reviews before final submission.
- Oversee vendor task integration and review vendor deliverables for consistency and quality.
- Provide clear, timely status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management tools and financial tracking.
- Experience in government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
