What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller (Hospitality) position at Potomac Partners & Associates LLC?
The Hospitality Vice President, Controller will manage/mentor a team of 4-5 responsible for reporting the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, intercompany reporting and budgeting for a portfolio of 20 hotels. This person will work closely with the Hospitality President and Hotel Management Team to coordinate reporting, audit and provide suggestions and financials for potential changes in policies, procedures as well as hotel property improvements.
Ideally looking for a person with 10 years in the hospitality industry, preferably overseeing the financial well being of a portfolio of hotels. CPA strongly preferred. DC/Balt. AREA residents only. Please reach out if interested in receiving position description and further company information.
