What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality and Wine Asst. manager position at Potomac Point Winery?
Our perfect candidate is warm, loves working with people and hospitable. The position's primary focus will be to manage the guests experience from the time they enter our facility, through service and on to check out. As a "Manager on the Floor", you work with all our FOH staff to serve and provide our wine and food service in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a memorable winery guest experience. The MOF supervises, trains and supports operationally all FOH team members. Additionally, works to be engaged in our local tourism and community. Works under the general supervision of the Managers and GM. Must drink and enjoy wine!
