Responsibilities:
Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor structures.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and adheres to project designs and specifications.
Maintain authentic relationships with team members and clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Take extreme ownership of your work, including site preparation, material handling, and finished installations.
Use tools, equipment, and materials efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hardscape installation, including knowledge of materials and techniques.
