This full-time, benefitted position, reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible for managing and growing key national accounts across the healthcare.
We seek candidates with a proven track record of increasing market share in wholesale distribution and engineered systems sales channels. Ideal candidates will possess strong presentation, closing, and interpersonal skills, acting with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet annual key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
- Independently manage a national sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and recommend impactful sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with established customers while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Manage travel and entertainment budgets efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Travel
This is a remote position requiring extensive travel (up to 75%) to meet with national clients and attend industry events within the U.S. The role operates primarily in a professional office environment but may also involve work at client sites.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of direct or related industry sales or technical experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Audio, Networking, Communications, or Telephony industries.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Occasionally non-standard work hours are required for meetings and other industry events.
- Able to understand and effectively communicate technical information to channel stakeholders including sales, management, installation, service, engineering staff as well as to local fire officials.
- Strong software skills MS Office, Salesforce, and Potter developed software products.
- Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation to travel for business needs
