JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for day-to-day account management of Potter Risk Advisors clients
- Assist with Mortgage Bill accounts and Evidence or Certificates of Insurance requests
- Assist producers with new quote submissions, accord applications, supplemental applications, online quoting, comparisons, and client proposals
- Handle Auto/Home and Commercial Insurance Renewals
- Execute and complete policy change requests, endorsements, binders, and policy delivery
- Drives the renewal process by tracking, preparing, creating proposals, and processing client policies
- Manages input and follow up on client invoicing and receivables, including internal or third party financing. Help ensure timely collection and data entry of premiums.
- Interact and service client accounts by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, claim filings and management
- Assist in completion of policy inspections, loss control surveys, and policy audits
- Maintain relationships and support carriers & assigned representatives and underwriters
- Assists with Health Insurance enrollments and renewals
- Maintain relationships with referral partners and centers of influence
- Create and execute client service plans to help build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Answer phones and respond to emails both for company and President as needed
- Oversee and organize office filing system, faxes, order marketing materials, office supplies, and other administrative needs
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years insurance industry
- 2 years experience in insurance industry in coupled with client service experience
- Proficiency with computer, fax, phone, printer/copier/scanner and Office including outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
- Ability to become proficient in agency management system (such as AMS360) and online quoting software.
- Clean Background and MVR

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
