What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical & Insurance Professional – Personal Injury position at Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo?
Description
We’re not your typical personal injury law firm. We are Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo — formerly known as the Anastopoulo Law Firm (yep, the “Don’t Scream, Call Akim” folks!).
We believe in showing up for people when they need it most — and doing it with compassion, hustle, and heart. If you’re organized, love connecting dots, and want to be part of a fast-moving team that helps real people through real problems, keep reading.
About The Role
As a Medical & Insurance Professional, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of our clients’ legal journey. You’ll help gather the information that forms the foundation of a case — setting up insurance claims, organizing medical records, retrieving collision reports, and communicating with providers, insurers, and clients.
In short: you’ll help make sure the right info gets to the right place at the right time — and that nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
If this sounds like a role where you’d thrive, we want to hear from you. Apply now and let’s talk!
