We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones (up to 3 lines), greeting customers and their pets, scheduling appointment, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include learning veterinary specific software and transferring files from email into patient charts with 100% accuracy. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace. Applicants with experience in Human Resources will receive priority. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma and 3 years experience in a customer service position. No animal experience is necessary but is helpful. We are a paperless practice, so the successful candidate will also be proficient in utilizing email and word processing software.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, by phone, text and email.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer phones pleasantly, schedule appointments and assist other office staff.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Learn and properly utilize veterinary specific softwares.
- Assist with inventory management, including unpacking supplies and matching inventory to invoices.
- Learn to triage appointments by prioritizing medical needs of patients.

Pay: $33,994.00 - $39,365.00 per year
