Duties & Expectations:
This position is a blend of operational and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our business. You will be expected to complete all opening and closing procedures as well as manage daily shift operations.
Specific Administrative Duties Include but are not Limited To:
- Cash accountability.
- Completing electronic record-keeping and journals.
- Receiving and accounting for inventory.
- Other duties assigned by leadership.
Specific Operational Duties Include but are not Limited To:
- Running shifts as the manager on duty.
- Interacting with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Assisting and supporting other job areas when needed.
- Supervising and holding front-of-house staff accountable for job performance.
- Adhering to all restaurant and Health Department Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
- Other duties assigned by leadership.
Training and Support:
This is a rapid leadership development process structured in four phases. At the end of each phase, you will meet with the owner to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed and progress.
Phase I: 10 Shifts (5 Close; 5 Open):
- Establish baseline skills with direct GM/AGM mentorship.
Phase II: 7 Shifts:
- Run shifts independently during lower volume periods with senior leader support.
Phase III: 5 Shifts:
- Manage higher volume shifts with senior leader support.
Phase IV: Fully Certified:
- Open and close any shift independently.
Compensation:
This is a full-time hourly position, designed to develop future leaders within our organization. The hourly wage is highly competitive and will be discussed in detail during the interview.
