Powder Haven Property Management and Rentals (PHPM) is seeking a motivated Property Management and Rentals Generalist to support operations, including errands, housekeeping, inspections, vendor dealings, and property maintenance. This dynamic role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cleanliness, customer service, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a reliable, hardworking individual able to handle physical tasks, adapt to an evolving workload, and maintain a positive attitude under stress.

Job Performance Expectations
- Run errands for PHPM, including delivering parts, supplies, and equipment to team members and homes.
- Deliver neighbor packages promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Provide coverage for two days of housekeeping inspections, ensuring properties meet cleanliness standards.
- Drop off welcome gifts to new guests or homeowners during inspections.
- Update the housekeeping board for the Senior Manager, tracking inspection results and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Conduct snow shoveling inspections to ensure that properties are properly cleared and safe.
- Report snow removal status and other property-related issues to the Maintenance manager.
- Assist with snow shoveling coverage as needed during the winter season.
- Provide coverage for housekeeping team members, assisting with cleaning tasks as needed.
- Maintain strong communication with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
- Escort third-party vendors to properties, ensuring proper access and adherence to PHPM's standards and procedures.
- Assist with PHPM onboarding processes for new PHPM homes.
- Support the annual inventory process, ensuring all supplies and equipment are accounted for and in good condition.
- Input work orders for maintenance or repair needs, tracking and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Other duties as assigned by Management team.
- Have a valid Driver’s License and submit a Motor Vehicle Record in order to be on company insurance to drive company vehicles.
- Above average computer skills: Google based, Microsoft Office, project management software, purchase order software, etc.
- Available to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and Holidays
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Execute work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to follow directions and execute at a high level
- Have organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
- Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to reach, push, pull, lift, carry objects that may be 50 lbs, walk on uneven/slippery terrain, manual dexterity
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform property inspections and assist with snow shoveling as needed.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during inspections and errands.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (especially for snow removal tasks).
- Primarily working outdoors or in properties under management.
- Fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Requires interaction with internal staff and management.
- Flexible hours based on operational needs.
