Requirements : Position Summary :
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for all facilities across Powder Mountain. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Facilities Maintenance team in managing work orders and ensuring the coordination and smooth flow of information amongst the facilities team, staff and vendors. The position will ensure strong communication, coordination and customer service while operating in a fast-paced work environment. This role is onsite, full-time hourly, and will report to the Director of Facilities.

Working Environment : Work is performed inside and outside. Candidate will be exposed to extreme temperatures (hot &cold), sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice), high altitudes (9,000ft ), moving machines / equipment, dust, wet, humid, dry, loud noises, and fumes from chemical conditions and frequent altitude changes.
