Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Engine Maintenance Specialist to join our vehicle maintenance team. This individual will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on snowmobiles, ATVs, and other equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining shop tools and work areas, preparing logs and records of maintenance and repair work, and assisting with parts inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical/vocational training in auto mechanics (2-3 years of relevant experience). You should also possess a valid and current driver's license, as well as a broad base of technical knowledge and skills related to vehicle maintenance. Additionally, you should be able to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50lbs repetitively, and be motivated to learn and ask for help when needed.

- Maintain vehicles in safe, dependable, and efficient operating condition through regular service and preventive maintenance;
- Detect and diagnose problems with malfunctioning equipment;
- Perform necessary repairs and retrieve disabled vehicles from job sites as needed;
- Keep accurate logs and records of maintenance and repair work done;
- Order and maintain parts inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies for optimal performance;
- Work efficiently and safely, following Resort Etiquette Guidelines when interacting with guests.
