The Fleet Maintenance Technician is a critical member of Woodward Park City's Vehicle Maintenance Team and Operations teams, reporting to the Woodward Park City Vehicle Maintenance Manager. The Fleet Maintenance Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on our fleet of on-snow and wheeled vehicles. This individual has an attention to detail and completes maintenance and repairs in a safe, timely manner. As a member of the Vehicle Maintenance Team, this individual has a desire to achieve and set high standards for performance and growth. Our fleet is an essential part of our business and when an issue occurs, every moment it's out of service can have an impact on our operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains and repairs all Woodward vehicles, including grooming & snow removal equipment, snowmobiles, utility & road vehicles.
- Proactively anticipates potential challenges and completes preventative maintenance for our fleet.
- Collaborates and communicates effectively with other departments to assess and prioritize needs.
- Ensures repairs and maintenance are conducted in accordance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Documents all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Maintains a clean workspace, including inside the shop and outdoor snow removal.
- Works in all weather conditions and potential for overtime to resolve operation critical issues.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills as needed.
- Support operations as needed.
Preferred Experience/Special Skills
- 4 years' experience maintaining and repairing heavy machinery.
- Previous experience or familiarity with maintenance and operations of snow and on-road vehicles.
- Able to perform the functions of the job in all weather conditions for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift 100 pounds.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team, and to lead teams in achieving goals.
