The Lift Maintenance Role at Woodward Park City is a vital team member responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our lift operations. Reporting directly to the Mountain Operations Manager, this role is a part of the maintenance and repair of all lift systems, including a fixed grip quad and three conveyor surface lifts. The Lift Maintenance role will perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks while applying basic knowledge of lift systems, equipment, and safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive projects related to lift maintenance, coordinating efforts to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all lifts comply with company, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed and assist in developing documentation for audits and compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies, promoting a safety culture within the team.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate all lift checks, establishing clear timelines for weekly and monthly maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, fostering a positive work atmosphere and encouraging collaboration.
- Adapt to a rapidly changing environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn new skills and technologies as they arise.
Preferred Experience/Special Skills
- At least two years of hands-on experience in lift maintenance, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of lift operations.
- Preferred experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques for lift maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while effectively managing a team of two Lift Maintenance Technicians.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively across functions and departments, including working closely with the Lift Operations team to facilitate training and enhance collaboration, contributing to overall team success and achieving organizational goals.
