Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for managing a DoD-wide training program, coordinating with Combatant Commands to ensure USCYBERCOM-assigned forces meet training, certification, and interoperability requirements.
- Establish and maintain training and certification standards for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and Joint Cyberspace operations forces, ensuring compliance with USCYBERCOM's operational objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they meet objectives, reinforce Joint standards, and facilitate readiness evaluations of Cyberspace forces.
- Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including evaluations and assessments, and track observations and lessons learned from these events within USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force.
- Provide recommendations to the Joint client on strategies, doctrines, tactics, techniques, and procedures for Cyberspace operations forces.
- Assist in the coordination and development of Joint mission essential tasks, including reviewing task lists and assessing USCYBERCOM's ability to meet those standards.
- Validate CMF and other USCYBERCOM-assigned forces to meet training standards for Combatant Command Cyberspace operations support requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in training, with a focus on training standards and pipeline development.
- JQS Development: At least 1 year of experience developing and maintaining Job Qualification Standards (JQS).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Data Gathering: Experience with techniques such as working groups, interviews, and surveys.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience supporting or working within COCOM, JFHQ-C command, Joint Duty Assignment, or CMF team.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Strategic Policy and Governance: Policy development, governance, and service/COCOM operations.
- Data Analytics: Tracking and analyzing training execution statistics.
- Command Orders: Writing and understanding processes.
- Cyber Workforce Frameworks: JCT&CS, DCWF, and NICE.
- Training and Manpower Models: Service training, accessions, and manpower models.
- CMF History and Structure: Understanding CMF's evolution and organizational framework.
- Demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders and working within large government
