- Assist clients in planning and coordinating weddings and special events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, offering guidance and support throughout the planning process.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules, ensuring all event details are organized and up to date.
- Provide clerical support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and processing payments.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Work closely with vendors, staff, and guests to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
- Address any event-related concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to assist clients and vendors effectively.
