The position available is located in our Salem office.
Our Accounting team supports our dealer operations and a whole lot more! Ask about our management training program.
What would you be doing?
- All things Deals, if it is related to a sold vehicle, this position will be handling it
- Deal Flow/Processing, Compliance, Trade Payoffs, Funding CIT and Vehicle Receivables. Assist with DMV. Commission reconciliation. We Owe. Factory Programs, Rebates/Incentives and Claims. Validation of FI Product/Cancellations. Schedule reconciliation.
- Assist/Backup reconciling accounts, inventory related functions and DMV
- Engage/assist in projects, help improve our processes and future growth

- DMV Processing & Clear Title Validation
- Inventory: Wholesales, Trades & Purchases
- Factory Processes including Rebates, Courtesy Deliveries, etc.
- Parts, Service, Collision Accounting
- Accounts Payable * Receivable * Payroll
- Schedule Reconciliation, GL Entries & Journal Posting
- File completed documents accurately
- Meet strict timelines on a monthly basis
- Provide exceptional customer service & department support
- Support our stores by learning all areas of our business
