The Parts Specialist / Sales Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls for auto part sales, assisting front counter sales, and other assigned duties. This position requires knowledge of auto parts, computer knowledge, and the ability to provide a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment.
I. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Answering inbound calls and assisting in front counter.
· Follow company guidelines for product knowledge.
· Notify managers regarding any customer concern.
II. Required Skills / Abilities
· Auto Parts knowlegde (mainly body parts and front end)
· The ability to use a computer
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to resolve issues and provide solutions based on company policy
· Excellent customer service and computer skills
· Professional manner in work environment.
III. Education & Experience
· Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent
· Min. 1 years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
$750-$900 PER WEEK COMMISSION
Bilingual - Spanish speaking (preferred)
