We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including the sales counter and inventory areas.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Experience with POS systems and cash register operations.
• Proven retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of automotive repair is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
