About the Role
We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our Power Brace LLC team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the Sales Manager.
