Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees multiple layers of organizational structure and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Partner with the executive team to address workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational needs.
- Lead change management initiatives to support growth and transformation.
Employee Engagement and Culture
Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values.Drive employee engagement through tools like surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment between practices and values.Talent Acquisition and Development
Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent across all functions.Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new hires.Implement professional development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.Compensation and Benefits
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.Align performance management systems with business goals.Stay informed on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Address employee relations issues proactively to promote fairness and consistency.Mitigate organizational risks through effective compliance monitoring and workplace issue resolution.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly preferred.8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance standards, and best practices.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Key Attributes
