Primary Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your markets industrial and entertainment markets.
- Develop relationships with industrial and entertainment clients and production companies, providing tailored power solutions for their unique needs.
- Meet and exceed a $2 million annual revenue target within 12 months.
- Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Manage accounts across multiple markets, building a strong pipeline of opportunities in both sectors.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to position our client as a leader.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to align services with client needs and market demands.
- Work with internal operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer (VOC), advocating for client needs within the organization.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive recurring business.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage client accounts effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in power generation or equipment rental, spanning industrial and entertainment sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue in diverse markets.
- Strong understanding of power and HVAC solutions for industrial projects and large-scale events.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Familiarity with the local market and its blend of industrial and entertainment opportunities.
- Established network within production companies, event organizers, and industrial clients.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed revenue goals.
