Benefits :Compensation :
75,000 - $125,000 base commissions
Responsibilities :
- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements / revenue-generating activities
- Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
- Complete daily sales routes and appointments
- Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
- Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings
- Working closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback
- Liaises with other members of the team to solve client problems
- Great communication

- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years in outside sales experience
- A consistent top performer in sales
- Ability to show great communication
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products
- High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven
- Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers
- Ability to make a good first impression
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
- Must currently live in the LA / OC area.
- Starting base salary depends on experience
- Qualify for monthly commissions when sales goals are met
