Role Overview
The Outside Sales Representative will spearhead our client's efforts in both industrial and entertainment sectors. With your markets unique blend of small-to-mid-sized industrial projects and large-scale events, the ideal candidate will leverage their experience and connections to identify opportunities, secure contracts, and grow revenue. This role encompasses the surrounding regions of your local market / territory.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your markets industrial and entertainment markets.
- Develop relationships with industrial and entertainment clients and production companies, providing tailored power solutions for their unique needs.
Sales Execution
Meet and exceed a $2 million annual revenue target within 12 months.Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.Manage accounts across multiple markets, building a strong pipeline of opportunities in both sectors.Market Expertise
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to position our client as a leader.Provide feedback to internal teams to align services with client needs and market demands.Collaboration and Client Engagement
Work with internal operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.Act as the voice of the customer (VOC), advocating for client needs within the organization.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive recurring business.Administrative and Reporting
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage client accounts effectively.Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions.Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in power generation or equipment rental, spanning industrial and entertainment sectors.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue in diverse markets.Strong understanding of power and HVAC solutions for industrial projects and large-scale events.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred
Familiarity with the local market and its blend of industrial and entertainment opportunities.Established network within production companies, event organizers, and industrial clients.Key Competencies
