Mobile Wash Technician
We are seeking an energetic, fast-paced and reliable individual to perform mobile truck washing services at various client locations in Memphis, TN and surrounding areas.
Power Cleaning Solutions Fleet Wash, Inc. has been in business for several years and take pride in the quality of our work. Our goal is to find motivated self-starters who are reliable and takes pride in what they do.
Hours & Schedule:
The hours for this position are 15-35 hours per week. You MUST be reliable and available to work all shifts as needed.
Shift available:
Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm (days, start and end times can be flexible)
Sunday & Saturday, 6:30am - 3:00pm (days, start and end times can be flexible)
Also, working weekends are required (working nights a few days a week may be required).
This position is year-round with great stability. Great job opportunity.
Salary:
$17.00 - $25.00 / hour quarterly bonuses
Requirements:
Team Member MUST be able to:
Pass a background check & drug test
Physically capable of completing job duties, on feet for entire shift
Work alone or in a small team
Complete extensive training on company processes and procedures for handling equipment, servicing clients, and end of day duties
Complete commercial truck washing training, provided by PCSFW, Inc.
Complete probationary training period the first ninety (90) days, following evaluation for promotion(s) or compensation if proven skills are attained.
Log all services rendered through company procedures, software and equipment
Drive company vehicles to work sites
Maintain a valid driver's license
Pass DOT health physical when required, to be trained on driving company vehicles
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure adherence to time schedule and safe work practices
Lift and carry at least 50lbs
Wear uniform, provided by Power Cleaning Solutions Fleet Wash, Inc.
Represent Power Cleaning Solutions Fleet Wash, Inc. in a professional manner at all times, on and off the field (online, search engines, social media, etc.)
Job Duties:
Washing of large commercial delivery trucks/trailers/vans/utility vehicles/large heavy duty equipment/semi tractors/trailer washouts, etc. with commercial grade pressure washers. Some brushing may be required.
