What kind of Professional/or competencies does this role require :
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong leadership skills
- Support (Ability to provide helpful and constructive support to internal and external clients, excellent communication skills)
- Ownership (Provide regular progress updates, take ownership of mistakes, follow through on commitments, seek feedback, and hold oneself and others responsible for meeting goals and standards)
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- If 5 years of relevant experience and no degree, we're still willing to interview the candidate
- Oversee onboarding requests for the PCI Kube platform, triaging tickets and deploying new systems
- Plan Sprints and work with leadership on the Platform Engineering roadmap
- Manual testing of platform components and Enterprise Products
- Documentation of the PCI Kube User Guide
- Provide support for internal development teams
- Help with orchestration of on-prem deployment projects
