As the Director of Campus Security, you’ll help set the standards for employee security and safety.

Campus & Employee Safety
- Partner with division leaders to assess and address their safety and security requirements, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of all employees, ensuring a secure workplace free from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement campus-wide security policies and procedures.
- Oversee security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage surveillance systems, access control, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct regular security drills and active threat training for employees.
- Establish employee safety programs, including self-defense training, workplace violence prevention, and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis management strategies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory security requirements.
- Oversee security protocols for executive travel, including international trips, ensuring risk mitigation and crisis response plans.
- Conduct security assessments for overseas travel locations and coordinate with international security teams.
- Develop protocols for high-profile individuals, including route planning, secure accommodations, and emergency contingencies.
- Oversee security for campus events, ensuring crowd control, VIP protection, and emergency response readiness.
- Supervise the onsite Valet team, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency in vehicle management.
- Manage security for the private car collection stored on campus, implementing theft prevention measures, surveillance, and restricted access protocols.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Valid permit to conceal carry (CCW) required, with extensive firearm safety and defensive training.
- 5 years of experience in security management
- Prior military experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
- Experience in executive protection and international travel security.
- Knowledge of security technologies, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
- Proven experience in implementing employee-focused safety initiatives.
