Job Overview:
Power Edge is seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to help grow our client base and increase revenue in the DFW area. This is a commission-only role, ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and managing accounts for sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Connect: Identify and establish relationships with general contractors, facility maintenance companies, property management firms, and electrical engineers in the DFW market.
- Bidding Process: Collaborate with potential clients to assess their needs, create tailored proposals, and successfully complete the bidding process to secure contracts.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Power Edge by expanding market presence.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to position Power Edge as a leading service provider.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical services, construction, or related industries.
- Strong network of contacts within the DFW market is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis, with the ability to manage income variability.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn.
