Responsibilities : Operate drilling machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of drilling equipment. Set up and rig down drilling units and associated equipment. Interpret site plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure project success. Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of the team and the work site. Work collaboratively with the crew to meet production goals and project deadlines. Maintain a high standard of quality control and documentation. Requirements : Proven experience as a skilled driller in the industry. Strong mechanical skills and experience working with drilling equipment. Valid Driver license. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work in physically demanding environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. OSHA certification COME JOIN US
